T-Rex system supports the heavy vehicle industry by collecting data via the internet to manage your fleet. The T-Rex system connects to the Industrial Internet and Machine to Machine (M2M) communication solutions that remotely track monitor and manage mobile property. The T-Rex system operates on the cellular networks.
The T-Rex system provides a complete Back Office facility to coordinate jobs for a fleet of trucks. It coordinates work flow from pick-up to drop off, and a whole range of other work related issues and daily reporting.
T-Rex systems works electronically in conjunction with the Pacific Scales weight cells, the weight & GPS location of the load being loaded is recorded electronically and stored. Similarly, a record containing the GPS location is recorded of the load being unloaded. These files are stored for future auditing by each state regulator for accreditation.
The T-Rex hardware and On-Board Display is one-unit item in the vehicles cabin.
The On-Board Display does not obstruct the vision of the driver, but provides an easy-line of sight for viewing and access. The screen is displayed in multi screen layouts for overall viewing. The drive can see in an instant a range of readings in an instant.
The T-Rex system is electronically connected to the Pacific Scales weight cells which is displayed on the On-Board Display screen the weight which is being loaded per trailer. The overall weight and GPS location is recorded for tracking and future auditing.
Upon request the authorities can view the weights and drivers log on the On-Board Display.
The T-Rex system has an electronic driver’s log that is being testing for future approval by the authorities.
The T-Rex drivers log system starts when the driver or drivers enter the cab of the vehicle and activate their driver identification device. The system then records each account of that shift. It will record the driver’s start times, rest times and all other functions are automatically being recorded.
The complete drivers log is available for download online from the Back Office system.
The T-Rex system provides data whch includes GPS locations and times for the start and finish on private roads.
This data is then available for Fuel Tax Credit applications with the Taxation office.
The T-Rex system has integrated the engine management of each vehicle to the Back Office. The system then provides a schedule of servicing, maintenance and driver performance.
